Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes. We bring all professional products and equipment. If you prefer eco‑friendly or specific products, tell us when you book.

How do I book a cleaning?

You can book online, request a quote, or contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. We’ll confirm your date, time, and service details.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Many clients provide access via key, code, or front desk. Just tell us your preference when you book.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no‑shows may incur a fee.

Do you clean after construction or renovation?

Yes. Our post‑construction service removes dust, debris, and fine particles so the space is move‑in ready.

What types of cleaning do you offer?

We clean Airbnbs, residential homes, condos, offices, banks, and post‑construction sites. We offer standard, deep, and move‑in/move‑out cleanings.

Are you insured?

Yes. Florida Clean Services is fully insured for your peace of mind.

How do Airbnb cleanings work?

We handle turnovers between guests: full clean, bed linens, bathrooms, kitchen, trash removal, and light staging so your listing stays 5‑star ready.

How much does a cleaning cost?
